Returns are accepted for defects in workmanship only. If upon receipt of your purse you find a manufacturing defect, you must notify My Purse Charming™ via email within 7 days of date of shipment. The damaged or defective item then must be returned with in 10 days of notice. 

Upon receipt of a returned item, My Purse Charming™ will inspect the item to confirm the problem is a manufacturing defect and not damage from use. For manufacturing defects, My Purse Charming™ will replace or refund the purchase price of the item, as decided by the Buyer. 

Return shipping charges must be pre-paid by the Buyer. My Purse Charming™ will not accept COD returns and does not pay return shipping charges. If you elect to receive a replacement item, it will be shipped to you free of charge. Defective items must be returned in their original packaging with the original tags. Charms are non-returnable.
